Our Fish and Chips are the tastiest in the Kingdom (some of our friends from England and Down Under tell us they are even better than the ones they eat back home!).
We use Dory, an excellent flavored and textured white fish, perfect for fish and chips. Our Dory is beer battered (using our secret recipe) and fried lightly until golden brown in pure vegetable oil. We offer our customers two styles of chips to choose from: traditional thick-cut chips or crinkle-cut chips (especially favored by our Aussie and Kiwi friends) We serve our fish and chips with our home-made tartar sauce, wedges of lemon, and fancy malt vinegar.
Our Fish and Chips are served in our restaurant with a large jar of our homemade pickles, which our customers are welcome to eat as much of as they desire (to satisfy that craving for sour and salt).
