We believe that the best burger is one which is custom made by hand from only the freshest and finest ingredients. Making them this way takes a little bit longer and costs more, but in one bite you will taste the difference.
The starting point for any great burger is high-quality beef. At FIREHOUSE, our burgers are made from French-Thai beef, the finest and tastiest beef grown in Thailand. Our beef is not just any French-Thai beef, but we use only beef from cattle specially raised by members of the famous Pon Yang Kham Cooperative (based in the northeastern provinces of Mukdahan, Nong Khai, and Sakhon Nakhon). Unlike most other domestic cattle, French hybrid cows (a mix of Charolais and Limosin breeds) at the Pon Yang Kham Cooperatoive are fed with organic, chemical-free feed, which is also free from growth hormone and growth promoting substances, ensuring a natural tasting final product.
We buy only the prime cut hand selected beef and then hand-grind our own fresh ground beef daily. We then season that fresh ground beef with a special secret mixture of spices, blended together gently by hand.
Our new PremiumAngusBurger is made from Rib Eye and Shot Loin, right from the prime cut which we hand-ground fresh daily in our kitchen. Each burger is then custom made to order.
Our chefs make each 100% beef patty by hand individually, at the time each order is received.
We treat the ground beef and patties with great care throughout the process, to ensure perfect cooking and optimal juiciness. We grill each burger precisely to order (but if the customer does not specify how they want the burger done, we grill it medium.)
Our burgers are served with a fresh soft Kaiser bun baked specially for FIREHOUSE by Austrio-Pro, an award-winning Austrian baker who supplies the finest restaurants and five star hotels in Bangkok. The specially-baked Kaiser buns provide the perfect delivery system for our 180-gram juicy burger. The buns are lightly toasted, finished top and bottom with our special mayonnaise.
The sizzling patty is served on a layer of fresh crispy Iceberg lettuce, topped with a large slice of fresh tomato, and lightly grilled red onions. We offer a full range of additional toppings, including high-quality imported cheeses, thick slices of crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and fresh sliced avocado.
All burgers are served with a generous helping of thick-cut home-made potato wedges, prepared by hand in our kitchen from freshly-peeled locally grown potatoes, fried in vegetable oil to a light crisp, at the same time the burger is being grilled.
The burger and fries are served in our restaurant with a large jar of our pickles, which customers are welcome to eat as much as they desire (to satisfy craving for sour and salt).
